(Spirit Lake)– Two people were arrested at a Spirit Lake park on drug charges over the weekend.
31-year-old Christopher Larsen of Spirit Lake was charged with third offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, a class “D” felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication, simple misdemeanors.
34-year-old Ann Vanderpool of Milford was charged with third offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Spirit Lake police say they were called to check out some suspicious activity at Memorial Park around 11:00 p.m. Saturday when they came in contact with Larsen and Vanderpool.
The two were booked into the Dickinson county jail.
