(Estherville)– A Milford man has been charged by Estherville police with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana.
25-year-old Paul David Emmerson Galenza is being held in the Emmet county jail on bond of 39-thousand dollars.
Authorities say the arrest is the result of a 19-month investigation into drug trafficking.
