(Spencer)– A Spencer teen who was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for a traffic stop late Saturday night was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy found the paraphernalia on the teen’s person during a subsequent search.
The 17-year-old juvenile was released to the custody of his mother.
