(Spencer)– A report of a disturbance shorlty after 1:00 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of second avenue Southeast in Spencer landed a man in jail.
The Clay County Sheriff’s office says an investigation into the complaint resulted in the arrest of 20-year-old Jordan Boyd of Spencr. Boyd was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, assault on a peace officer and interference with official acts.
Boyd was transported to the Clay jail.
