(Spirit Lake)– A Dickinson county jury has acquitted a Wyoming man of having indecent contact with a child.
The charge had been filed against William Kenneth Hall of Casper, Wyoming in connection with an incident alleged to have taken place July 4th, 2003 at the White Oaks Campground in West Okoboji.
A jury found Hall not guilty of the charge following a trial that started Tuesday in Dickinson county district court. The case went to the jury around 11:30 a.m. Thursday. The verdict was returned after about six hours of deliberation.
