(Undated)– The abnormally warm weather for December has made it nice for outdoor activities. But combined with a moist airmass, it’s resulted in dense fog over most of the area this (Tues.) morning.
Several area schools decided to delay classes. Emmetsburg, Forest Ridge, Graettinger, Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn and Ruthven-Ayrshire-South Clay posted two-hour late starts.
The abnormally mild conditions are expected to continue through Thursday with a chance of rain.
