(Spirit Lake)– The board of trustees of Dickinson County Memorial Hospital earlier this week adopted capital and operating budgets for the fiscal year starting this coming July 1st.
The operating budget has an estimated patient revenue of 27.9 million dollars with deductions for Medicare and other factors set at 9.8 million and operating expenses of 18.4 million dollars for a total net income estimated at 600-thousand dollars.
The capital budget totals 1.9 million dollars. It contains provisions for a new ambulance, teleradiology equipment, a new medication delivery system, offsite storage and advancements to the hospital’s technology system.
