(Spirit Lake)– Dickinson County Memorial Hospital has again been accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
DCMH Marketing Director Jennifer Hickerson says on-site surveys were conducted three days last month, and that the hospital passed them with flying colors.
In addition to the hospital itself, Hickerson says home care and hospice programs also received accreditation; and the hospital’s lab was accredited in December of last year.
The accreditations are renewed every three years.
DCMH has received accreditation since 1966.
