(Milford)– The Iowa State patrol has released information into a two-vehicle collision last week southwest of Milford that resulted in minor injuries to one of the drivers. It happened Thursday at the intersection of 190th Avenue and County Road A-43.
Troopers say 56-year-old Brian Thiel of Armstrong was eastbound and 20-year-old Cynthia Hesby of Milford was southbound when the two collided in the intersection.
Minor injuries were reported to Hesby but she apparently didn’t seek immediate treatment. No injuries were reported to Thiel.
Hesby was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Six thousand dollars in damage was estimated to a 2004 Chevrolet driven by Thiel; a 1995 Subaru Hesby was driving sustained an estimated five thousand dollars in damage.
The collision took place shortly before 11:00 a.m.
