Clydesdales Trot Through Uptown Spirit Lake; To Appear On Grade

November 23, 2014

(Spirit Lake)– Thousands of people gathered along Hill Avenue and Lake Street Thursday evening in Spirit Lake to catch a glimpse of the world reknown Budweiser Clydesdales.

Those who missed seeing the horses Thursday will have two other chances. The clydesdales will parade up and down Highway 71 from Arnolds Park to Okoboji this (Fri.) evening. They’ll leave Arnolds Park at about 7:00 p.m. and are expected to be in the area of the grade at 7:45. They’ll continue north to the stop lights at Kum ‘n Go in Okoboji where they’ll turn south and proceed back to Arnolds Park.

The Budweiser Clydesdales will also appear in Saturday’s Pioneer Days Parade in Milford and Sunday at the horse show at the Dickinson County Fair.
