(Spencer)– A Sheldon woman already in the Clay county jail on other charges, faces new ones for allegedly biting an inmate.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 42-year-old Kimberly Boneschans of Sheldon was charged with assault…a simple misdemeanor.
Deputies say it stems from a complaint from another jail inmate who claimed her toes and the inside of her hear had been bitten, allegedly by Boneschans.
Boneschans was separated from other inmates. She remains held in the Clay county jail.
Authorities received the report shortly after 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
