(Spencer)– A four-thousand head hog operation being proposed southeast of Dickens will be the topic of a public hearing the Clay County Board of Supervisors will be holding later this month.
Steve Gustin is proposing the operation on four acres of land three miles southeast of Dickens.
A public hearing on the Master Matrix for the proposed operation is set for 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 16th. The supervisors will hear comments in favor and opposed to the operation. They will be forwarded to the state.
