(Spencer)– A man wanted on a warrant out of Polk county for a probation violation on a 1995 charge of possession of a dangerous drug has been arrested in Clay county.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 44-year-old Reginald Smith of St. Cloud, Minnesota was taken into custody Wednesday during a traffic stop in Spencer.
Smith was taken to the Clay county jail where he’s being held on a one thousand dollar bond.
