(Dickens)– Charges are pending in a two-vehicle crash east of Dickens earlier this week.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Danny Leslie of Dickens was westbound on Highway 18 when the vehicle he was driving crossed the center line and sideswiped 40-year-old Mark Carter of Emmetsburg who was eastbound.
Carter and a passenger in his vehicle sustained minor injuries.
Authorities say the mishap took place around 9:40 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Highway 18 and 320th Avenue just east of Dickens.
