Charges Filed In Thefts Of A-T-V’s From Rural Milford Farm

November 23, 2014

(Milford)– Two men have been charged in connection with the theft of two all-terrain-vehicles from a farm south of Milford.

Joey Booher of Milford and Joshua Daly of Spencer, both 18-years-old, were each charged with burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony. They were booked into the Dickinson county jail.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says it was notified of a burglary Sunday at Derner’s of Milford. Two all-terrain-vehicles were reported missing, valued at more than 11-thousand dollars.

Deputies from the Clay and Dickinson County Sheriff’s Offices tracked the suspects to a residence near Spencer where the A-T-V’s were recovered.

Authorities say an investigation continues, and more arrests are likely.
