(Orange City)– Charges have been filed in connection with a fatal crash last month in Sioux county.
The crash on Highway 75 northwest of Hull killed the driver of one of the vehicles involved…51-year-old Judy Dieken of George…and seriously injured the other…42-year-old Patrick Camburn of Rock Rapids.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office has now charged Camburn with failure to yield half the roadway and operation without a seatbelt.
Authorities say the vehicle Camburn was driving crossed the center line and collided head-on with the one driven by Dieken.
The crash happened April 26th.
