(Montgomery)– Charges have been filed against a Montgomery man in connection with an alleged incident Wednesday evening.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says authorities received a report of suspicious activity that resulted in the arrest of 33-year-old Russell James Hodge of Montgomery.
Following the arrest, authorities obtained and executed search warrants on two residences in Montgomery.
Hodge was charged with possession of a firearm as a felon, a class “D” felony; threat of terrorism, also a class “D” felony; and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Arnolds Park Police Department’s K-9 Unit and the Spirit Lake Police Department.
