(Spirit Lake)– Charges have been filed against an Armstrong man in connection with an incident Wednesday near Superior.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office has charged 19-year-old Dustin Lee Williams with operating while intoxicated, driving while revoked and interference with official acts.
Authorities say they were attempting to stop a vehicle Williams was driving late Wednesday morning when he pulled into a farm yard and fled on foot into a soybean field.
The Spirit Lake Police Department’s Canine Unit tracked Williams, who was taken into custody without incident.
Williams is free after posting bond.
