(Emmetsburg)– A suspect wanted in connection with a residential burglary last Friday near Emmetsburg has turned himself in to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say 18-year-old Joshua Buhsman of Curlew turned himself in around 5:20 p.m. Friday. He was wanted on a warrant charging him with burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony.
The other suspect in the case, 20-year-old Alan Goetz of Des Moines, was apprehended a short time after the incident. He was also charged with burglary in the third degree and was booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
The burglary occurred around Noon Friday at a residence at 4462 Works Road just outside of Emmetsburg.
