(Spencer)– Tuesday, April 20th has been set as the date for a special election on a four million dollar bond issue for a new middle school in Spencer.
The Spencer school board Monday adopted a resolution scheduling the special election after receiving a petition calling for the vote. The petition, presented by representatives of Spencer’s Kiwanis clubs, had almost 800 signatures. It needed atleast 290.
