(Lake Park) A 65 year old Lyon county man’s body was found in Silver Lake in Dickinson County yesterday afternoon. Dickinson County Sheriff Greg Balloun says the man was reported missing at noon on Friday and was discovered by a friend searching for him yesterday about 4 PM.
The family has been notified but requested the man’s idientity be withheld from the public until noon. The incident appears to have been a drowning but an autopsy will be performed.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s department and Lake Park Fire and Ambulance crews were called to the scene.
