(Jackson, Mn.)– The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office this (Fri.) afternoon released the names of three more people that have been taken into custody in connection with a drug investigation.
They’re identified as 27-year-old David Lee Andre, 53-year-old John Andrew “Buck” Heser and 26-year-old Lawrence Phillip Strang…all of Jackson. Bond for Andre was set at 100-thousand dollars; Heser and Strang had not made court appearances as of late afternoon.
The three were arrested in connection with search warrants executed Thursday and today (Fri.) in Jackson.
Arrested in the same investigation were 31-year-old Michelle Erwin of rural Jackson…charged with five drug-related offenses; 23-year-old Sadie Mae Updike of Windom was charged with four drug-related offenses; and 36-year-old Thomas Gregory Benson of Windom was charged with nine drug-related offenses. Bond was set at 50-thousand dollars each for Erwin and Updike and 100-thousand for Benson. They were arrested in connection with search warrants executed Wednesday at residences in Jackson and Cottonwood counties.
Authorities say the searches resulted in the seizure of illegal substances.
