(Emmetsburg)– Two men have been arrested on warrants by Palo Alto county authorities in connection with an incident last month at a bar in Ruthven.
Palo Alto County Sheriff Russ Jergens says Dale Pomeroy of Ayrshire and Casey Pomeroy of Ruthven were arrested Monday at 1407 Ayr Street in Ruthven.
Jergens says Dale Pomeroy was charged with serious assault and aiding and abetting and Casey Pomeroy was charge with serious assault.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place on February 7th of this year at Sass’s Bar in Ruthven.
Casey Pomeroy was arrested on a second warrant for harassment-interference in connection with an incident alleged to have taken place sometime between February 28th and March 3rd in Ruthven.
The two men were booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
