November 22, 2014

(Primghar)– O’Brien County authorities say arrests have been made in connection with a burglary at the Primghar Municipal Swimming Pool back in early June of 2010.

A cash box containing an undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

An investigation resulted in the arrests of 15-year-old Trenton Stallings of Spencer; 16-year-old Houston Selzer of Spencer; 16-year-old Torey Ginger of Everly; 17-year-old Trey Ginger of Everly and 17-year-old Jonathon Howe of Primghar.

All were charged with burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony.

Each was issued a juvenile referral, booked into the O’Brien county jail and then released to the custody of their parents. Each will make a court appearance at a later date to answer to the charges.
