Albert City Man Escapes Injury In Truck Mishap

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– An Albert City man escaped injury when a pickup he was driving left the road, went into a ditch and flipped onto its side, coming to rest in a bean field.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Brad Tendal was driving a 1999 Ford F-150 northbound on 260th Avenue when he lost control.

No injuries were reported to Tendal; the pickup sustained an estimated two-thousand dollars in damage.

The mishap took place around 2:00 a.m. Saturday.

Authorities say charges are pending.
