(Spencer)– Three people are recovering from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday evening south of Spencer.
The Iowa State Patrol says the mishap took place around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 71 and Clay County Road B-40.
Authorities say 45-year-old Lisa Falline of Spencer was east-bound on B-40 when she failed to stop at a stop sign. 67-year-old Floyd Romslo of Minneapolis was southbound on Highway 71 and struck the drivers-side of the Falline vehicle.
Both drivers and Romslo’s wife Nancy were taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital. The Romslo’s were treated and released. Falline was admitted for treatment. There was no word on her condition.
