A-G’s Office Urges Caution With Internet Auctions

(Undated)– The Iowa Attorney General’s Office is urging those who frequent internet auction sites to use caution.

A-G spokesman Bob Brammer says you should pay with a credit card and print out e-mails and other correspondence and hold onto it.

Brammer says his office hasn’t received many complaints from buyers. But he says they have taken action against some Iowa sellers who failed to live up to their end of the deal.
