(Linn County)– The most expensive home in Iowa has been listed for sale at ten-point-two-million dollars.
A new report by Realtor-dot-com says the current owners purchased the home in Toddville, near Cedar Rapids, in 2020 for just less than three-million-dollars.
If it sells at the asking price, listing agent Holly Lovell says it would be the most expensive home sale on record in Iowa. That record is currently set by a property on West Lake Okoboji, which sold for nine-point-five-million dollars two years ago.
