(Spencer)– A man from Garner was injured in a single vehicle crash Sunday near Lost Island Lake.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Dana Forry was driving a 2015 Kia in the 3,000 mile of 330th Street when he swerved to miss an animal. Deputies say Forry over-corrected as the vehicle was going into a ditch and rolled once.
Forry was able to get out of the vehicle on his own. He was taken to Spencer Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The vehicle was totaled.
The crash took place around 2:20 pm.
The Ruthven Ambulance, Dickens Fire and Rescue, Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and the Spencer Ambulance assisted on the scene.
