(Spirit Lake)– A new podiatrist has joined the staff at Northwest Iowa Bone, Joint and Sports Surgeons. Dr. Ryan Bauermeister will join the Spirit Lake office effective this coming Monday, August 3rd.
Dr. Bauermeister grew up in Spencer. He is a graduate of Northwestern College and earned his Medical Degree from Des Moines University in 2023. Dr. Bauermeister completed his residency in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area.
At Lakes Regional Healthcare, Dr. Bauermeister will treat the full range of foot and ankle conditions including sports injuries, bunions, diabetic wound care and trauma.
In addition to Spirit Lake, he will also be in Estherville with a weekly clinic day at that location of Northwest Iowa Bone, Joint and Sports Surgeons.
