Recent Warmer Weather Alleviates Growing Degree Day Concerns

Stahl says the fact that corn and soybeans are nearly identical in growth stages could pose special challenges when it comes to post emergence herbicide applications and side-dressing nitrogen.

She adds more moisture is definitely needed, especially in those areas of southwest Minnesota that continue to experience extreme to severe drought.
