(Spencer)– A traffic stop a little before 1:00 am Tuesday in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a woman on drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 3100 mile of 430th Street for speeding and smelled marijuana coming from it. Further investigation resulted in the deputy discovering the driver, 46-year-old Billy Jo Doran of Webb, was allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Doran was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
