(Lake Park)– Dickinson County Road M-27 from Highway 9 north to the center line of 120th Street in Lake Park is now under the jurisdiction of the city of Lake Park.
The Board of Supervisors this (Tues.) morning approved a transfer of jurisdiction agreement with the city now that improvements to the road are now complete.
The supervisors also granted a quick claim deed for the road, officially transferring it to the city.
