West O, Arnolds Park Amusement Park & No Boundaries Combine For Special Project

May 07, 2026

(Arnolds Park)– The No Boundaries program at Okoboji Middle School is a student driven initiative that connects classroom learning with real-world community projects to provide the students with hands-on learning experiences. This year they are working with West O Beer and Arnold’s Park Amusement Park and Jon Pausley, CEO of Arnold’s Park talks about the collaboration…

“We’ve worked with the No Boundaries group for a couple years on a few different projects, and this year’s project was really planning out the celebration for the Queen II this summer and helping us do some work around that. And they just had a great idea. They said West O does all sorts of stuff that gives back to the community. They’ve seen some of the stuff that they’ve done before. What if there was a special summer beer and we said, hey, that’s a that’s a great idea. Why don’t we approach them about it? So they approached him about it. West O thought it was fantastic. They’ve done the the tipsy house that’s given back to us for the last few years to our Gift a smile program, and just revamped that beer a little bit, revamped some of the packaging and turned it into the Flagship for For Her Majesty this summer. So it was a really neat, really neat process working with the No Boundaries group and then West O together.”

West O created a beer called the Flagship which is a West Coast India Pale Ale that features the Queen II on its label in celebration of its 40th Anniversary. Sales from the beer will help raise funds for the Gift a Smile Program, a program that Pausley is very proud of…

“Some of the proceeds from the sales will help support our Our Gift to Smile program. And that program is one of my favorite things that we do. It’s it’s kind of our philanthropic arm of the amusement park itself, where kids school groups, kids and families who are in medical crisis, kids who are families who might not otherwise be able to afford to come to the park. That program is one that we ask people to give towards that literally give smiles. And we have kids that come to the park and families come to the park to make memories that might not otherwise be able to do so, or are in some special circumstances where a smile for their family is what they need.”

The release date for the Flagship beer is May 29th in conjunction with the ambassador event at Arnold’s Park Amusement Park. It will be available at several locations in the park including aboard the Queen II and also at West O Beer’s taproom and pizzeria throughout the summer.
