(Arnolds Park)– Some additional details are coming in from Walleye Weekend. Officials with the Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce say this year’s event was four entries away from surpassing last year’s record of a little more than 2,300 participants.
As we reported previously, two tagged walleye were caught over the weekend: one had a tag on it from last year and another didn’t meet contest requirements.
