(Spirit Lake)– The filing period for county offices for the June 2nd Primary Election closed as of 5:00 pm Friday, March 20th.
In Dickinson county, Beth will and Dan Taylor, both Republicans, will face off for the District 1 seat on the Board of Supervisors. No Democrats filed. Curtis Rouse, a Republican, is unopposed for District 2, with no Democrat filing. In District 4, Republican incumbent Steve Clark will face off against fellow Republican Thaddeus Cook.
For County Attorney, Melanie Summers Bauler and Bethany Brands-Lampe, both Republicans, will square off against each other. No Democrats filed.
For County Treasurer, incumbent Kris Rowley, a Republican, was the only person to file. And for County Recorder, incumbent Ann Ditsworth, a Republican, was the only person to file.
