Tickets Now Available For Farm To Fork

(Spencer)– A popular fundraiser for the Clay County Charitable Trust will be held May 1st. The 5th Annual Farm To Fork will take place at the Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer. It will begin at 6:00 pm with a social hour followed by a four-course dinner at 7:00 pm and dessert at 8:00 pm. A live auction will follow.

The four-course dinner will be prepared by Chef Phil Poutre and the Events Center team. The menu includes Potato Leek Soup with Roasted Pepper Oil & Heirloom Tomato Brioche Croutons; a salad consisting of Baby Greens with Asian Pear, Champagne Candied Pecans, Queso Fresco & Pomegranate White Balsamic + Honey Vinaigrette; and the main course which includes Beef Tenderloin Roast with Potato Puree, Grilled Asparagus Tips & Red Wine Sauce. That will be followed by dessert consisting of Tahitian Vanilla + Caramel Custard Tart with Blackberry Cremieux & Pistachio Tuile.

Only 200 tickets are available for Farm To Fork and must be purchased by April 22nd. The cost is $100 per person or $1,000 to reserve a table for eight. Tickets are available here. More information can be found here.
