(Spencer)– The city of Spencer is now accepting applications through its Local Option Sales Tax and Hotel/Motel Tax grant programs. City Manager Kevin Robinson says certain criteria have been established for each program…
“Local Option Sales Tax, there will be $50,000 available for that and that will focus on community development and economic development projects that organizations might have. Hotel/Motel Tax, there’s $100,000 that will be available for agencies to apply for and that needs to be in the focus of either cultural impact, entertainment impact or recreational impact.”
