(Spencer)– City officials in Spencer say they’ll be picking up snow overnight tonight (Mon.) in that city’s Downtown Commercial District. Vehicles need to be out of that area by midnight.
They add that sidewalk snow from the Downtown Commercial District needs to be placed not less than 18 inches or more than 36 inches into the street as measured from the face of the curb.
