City Administrator Resigns from City of Jackson, MN

Jim Langborg handed in his resignation effective immediately as the City Administrator for the city of Jackson, MN. Langborg was hired as administrator in March of this year. Mayor Marcus Polz released a statement earlier today (Friday) thanking Langborg for his service and dedication to the community during his time with the city and they wish him the very best in his future endeavors. Mayor Polz also stated that he has asked the city department heads to work directly through the Office of the Mayor to ensure that city operations continue smoothly and ongoing projects remain on track. He also said, “Our focus remains on stability, teamwork, and transparency as we serve the people of Jackson with professionalism and respect.”
