(Lakefield, Mn.)– A single vehicle crash late Thursday morning at the entrance ramp with Interstate 90 at Highway 86 south of Lakefield injured a Storm Lake woman.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 86-year-old Shirley Johnston of Storm Lake was driving a 2007 Toyota northbound on Highway 86 when the vehicle left the road, overturned, and collided with a traffic signal.
Johnston was taken by ambulance to the Worthington hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash took place a little after 11:30 am. The Lakefield Fire Department assisted on the scene.
