(Spencer)– The Clay County Fair is putting out a call for candidates to join its Board of Directors. Eligible candidates must have been a member of the Fair Association a minimum of one year prior to their election. The deadline to apply to run is November 21st, 2025. The Nominating Committee reviews all interested candidates for possible inclusion on the ballot that will be voted on at the Clay County Fair Association’s annual meeting in February. Applications are available online at claycountyfair.com or at the Fair Administrative Office at the Events Center.
New members are also being sought to join the Clay County Fair Association. Membership is not limited to Clay county residents. Membership is open year-round to individuals and businesses for a one-time fee of $100. Individual members have the right to vote and hold office.
