(Spirit Lake)– The Dickinson County Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to revise accessory dwelling use regulations in the county’s zoning ordinance. The supervisors voted 5-0 to approve the changes to comply with the new law, and waived the second and third readings of the revised ordinance. The action followed a public hearing.
