(Ames)– The Iowa Transportation Commission is beginning the process to update the State Transportation Plan and is seeking public input. The plan provides a framework for how future investments should be made to the state’s multimodal transportation system, including aviation, public transit, rail, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, highways and water transportation.
Iowans can give input through an online survey: https://iowadot.gov/FutureTravel. The survey will remain open until August 31st, 2025.
