(Milford)– The final public informational meeting prior to RAGBRAI making an overnight stop in Milford will be held Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm at the Community Center.
Information will be provided on street closures along with updates on preparations and volunteers that are still needed.
Milford is the first overnight stop on this year’s RAGBRAI route. The ride begins July 19th in Orange City. Estherville will be the second overnight stop.
As we’ve reported previously, this year will be historic for RAGBRAI as this will be the first time ever a portion of the route has gone into Minnesota. From Milford riders will proceed north on Highway 86 into Jackson county with the route proceeding east on Jackson County Road 4 before dropping back into Iowa just north of Superior.
