(Spencer)– An investigation continues into an incident earlier this week in Clay county in which a vehicle left the road and crashed onto its side in a soybean field.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were notified a little before 6:30 am Monday of a vehicle that was on its passenger side in a field in the 2700 mile of 300th Street. The driver wasn’t present when deputies arrived. They found the vehicle, a 2007 Saturn Vue registered to a person from Terril, was totaled.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the crash remains under investigation and that charges are pending.
