(Fostoria)– A Fostoria teen is accused of striking a female juvenile with an old-style vacuum sweeper. 19-year-old Tatum Wells was charged with assault causing bodily injury.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says emergency medical service personnel were called a little after 4:00 pm Saturday to a residence in Fostoria after getting a report of a female juvenile having a seizure. Upon arriving a deputy learned an assault had taken place between Wells and the juvenile female, who they say was struck at least twice causing bodily injury.
Wells has since been released on bond.
