(Spirit Lake)– A Milford man has been arrested on a sexual abuse charge.
A criminal complaint filed by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Wilton Jairo Campos Lopez was arrested over the weekend on a charge of sexual abuse in the 3rd degree. The complaint says the victim was mentally and physically incapacitated.
Campos Lopez is being held in the Dickinson county jail on a $10,000 bond.
