(Storm Lake)– Supervisors in Buena Vista county were updated at their meeting today (Tues.) on revitalized efforts to build a recreational trail through five counties in the region. Buena Vista County Supervisor Kathy Croker shared that a consortium recently resumed meetings regarding a possible five-county bike trail. Croker compared it to the four-lane Highway 20 project…
Croker said the current talk is to have the trail run along Highway 71 in BV County.
The Supervisors talked about different trail grants that are available. A suggestion was made to resurrect a county trails committee that hasn’t met for years.
