(Estherville)– The Estherville City Council Monday accepted two grants from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for separate projects on the West Fork of the Des Moines River. Clayton adds the city of Estherville is also applying for a grant through the Destination Iowa program from the Iowa Economic Development Authority to assist with that project.
